How do I connect my Twitch account?
Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage or the "Login" button in the navigation. You'll be redirected to Twitch to authorize ObnoxiouslyCool Bot. After authorization, you'll be automatically connected and the bot will join your channel.
How do I create custom commands?
After logging in, go to your dashboard and navigate to the Commands section. Click "Add Command", enter your command trigger (e.g., !discord) and the response text. You can also set cooldowns and permission levels for each command.
How does chat moderation work?
The bot automatically monitors your chat for spam, banned words, and suspicious links. You can configure moderation settings in your dashboard, including setting up custom banned words, link protection levels, and spam detection sensitivity.
How does the points system work?
Viewers automatically earn points for watching your stream and participating in chat. You can configure point rewards in the dashboard, set custom point names, and create commands that require or reward points. Viewers can check their points with the !points command.
Can I use the bot on multiple platforms?
Yes! ObnoxiouslyCool Bot supports Twitch, YouTube, and Kick simultaneously. You can connect multiple platforms in your dashboard and the bot will work across all of them with synchronized commands and settings.

Why is my bot offline?
Check the System Status page to see if there are any ongoing issues. If all systems are operational, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account in the dashboard. Make sure your Twitch authorization is still valid and hasn't been revoked.
How do I timeout or ban users?
Moderators and broadcasters can use !timeout [username] [duration] to temporarily timeout a user, or !ban [username] to permanently ban them. You can also configure automatic timeouts for rule violations in the moderation settings.
Does the bot support song requests?
Yes! After connecting your Spotify account in the Integrations section, viewers can use !sr [song name] or !songrequest [song name] to request songs. You can configure song request permissions and queue settings in your dashboard.
What analytics does the bot provide?
The Analytics dashboard shows real-time viewer statistics, command usage, chat activity, follower growth, and moderation stats. You can view historical data and export reports for deeper analysis.
